Feel good in your body, from the inside out.
“I don’t crave sweets anymore. I genuinely don’t think about them after doing the cleanse.”
- Jessica
I felt so much better throughout the year after doing the cleanse that I wouldn’t miss it. I’ll be honest with you I mostly did it to lose weight, but that ended up being the tip of the iceberg of the benefits I got from it. My brain felt so clear and I didn’t even get my seasonal allergies!

“Life is to be enjoyed, not restricted.”
Are you ready to be naturally excited to eat nourishing foods, to feel good in your clothes, to stop forcing yourself to put the sweets down? Then this is the cleanse for you.
The further our physical body is from our personal natural state, the more we crave the things that are bad for us. From the foods we eat, to the quality of conversations we crave to have, to the types of shows we watch and the inner motivation to exercise daily. Start to crave surrounding yourself with things that are going to nourish you and support you in reaching your goals.

What am I eating during the monodiet?
For seven days you will eat the same thing every day while we prepare your GI tract to flush out toxins. The meals consist of oatmeal/congee for breakfast + kitchari (basmati rice +mung beans) for lunch and dinner.
You can add different spring vegetables to your kitchari to mix up the taste including carrots, sweet potatoes, avocado, potatoes.
Each morning you will consume melted ghee to oleate the GI tract and prepare it for the purgation on the 9th night.
